TAG specializes in Oracle Applications technology and offers many years of experience with these products. Since the Company's inception, TAG resources have developed an Application Configuration and Testing Methodology that optimizes core functionality and minimizes customizations, through extensive prototyping of configuration and algorithmic options in the software. Over the past 3-4 years, TAG resources have expanded this service offering to include Oracle's recently acquired Customer Care and Billing application for Utilities.
